This is Caramel

We build technology. But Caramel is, above all, the people who make it possible.

What we do

We design, build and support systems that reach production and solve real problems. We work with our clients end to end: we understand the challenge, design the solution, build it, and stay to keep it running and make it better.

We move between different industries and projects. Some of us work together and others are embedded in client teams, but one thing connects us all: we are Caramel, wherever we are.

How we work

We don't want a list of values on a wall. We want principles you can see in how we work every day.

  • We build trust

We do what we agreed. If something changes, if we are running late, or if we see a problem, we say so. Trust is built in those small things.

  • We are autonomous

We look for context, ask, propose and move. Autonomy is not doing everything alone: it is knowing when to go ahead and when to raise your hand.

  • We own our work

Our work, our commitments and our mistakes too. If something is stuck, we make it visible. Ownership is also communication.

  • We keep moving

We prioritise, solve and move without waiting for the perfect scenario. Not rushing for its own sake: making things happen.

  • We ask and we share

Nobody is expected to know everything. We ask when we need context and share what we know. Knowledge grows when it circulates.

  • We talk

We prefer a conversation in time to a problem left to pile up. We give feedback, ask for help and listen, with respect and clarity.

  • We are teammates

We work on different projects, but we are one team. We welcome whoever joins, share context and recognise good work.

  • Good people first

How we treat people matters as much as what we know how to do. Respect, empathy and humility are not an extra: they are part of working here.

We know where we are going

We want to grow, take on harder projects and keep raising the bar on what we build. But without losing what brought us here: closeness, trust, autonomy, conversations and people.
