We are looking for an Account Manager based in Mexico to join our team and help manage and grow relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Follow up on accounts, opportunities, and ongoing projects.
- Use AI tools and automations to improve workflows, productivity, and client management.
- Bring a proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management, Client Success, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience or interest in AI tools and automation.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
