We are looking for an AI Engineer – Agents & Orchestration to join our team and work on the development and evolution of AI solutions based on agentic systems and LLMs.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve agentic systems powered by LLMs.
- Develop and orchestrate multi-step agent workflows.
- Implement tool calling, state management, and failure handling across agentic workflows.
- Work with LangGraph, Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, or equivalent technologies.
- Build AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock.
- Contribute to scalable multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
- Define and implement strategies to evaluate LLM outputs using graders, regression datasets, and measurable criteria.
- Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Apply CI/CD, automated testing, and development best practices.
- Contribute to the reliability and continuous improvement of AI solutions in production.
Requirements
- Between 3 and 5 years of professional development experience.
- Experience building agentic systems and multi-step workflows.
- Experience with tool calling, state management, and failure handling.
- Experience with LangGraph, Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock.
- Experience or knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
- Experience evaluating LLM outputs using graders, regression datasets, and measurable criteria.
- Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
