We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Banking & Payments to join a long-term project within a leading company in the banking and payments sector.
The role is focused on managing complex projects in a large-scale environment, coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and external providers.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex projects within the banking and payments environment.
- Manage multiple teams, stakeholders, and external providers involved in project delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage communication and alignment across different areas and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up with third-party providers and vendors.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers, and coordinate their resolution.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities within a complex organizational environment.
- Ensure project progress, deadlines, and deliverables are properly tracked and communicated.
- Collaborate with technical, functional, business, and external teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience working on projects within banking, financial services, payments, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating and managing external providers and vendors.
- Experience working in environments with multiple projects running in parallel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex organizational environments.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Experience identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and blockers across different teams.
Important
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or payments is required.
- The position requires proven experience working with complex projects, multiple teams, and multiple providers.
- Candidates should be able to clearly identify the companies, projects, responsibilities, and periods where this experience was acquired.
