We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team and lead the design, evolution, and governance of enterprise solutions across multi-cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities
- Design and validate scalable, resilient end-to-end architectures integrating AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments.
- Define migration, modernization, and coexistence strategies between legacy infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Design and maintain network, security, and solution architecture diagrams.
- Define architectures involving VPCs, VNets, IAM, firewalls, encryption, VPNs, Direct Connect, and ExpressRoute.
- Ensure solutions comply with corporate cybersecurity policies and industry standards.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, design guidelines, and technical best practices.
- Participate in Architecture Review Boards and technical design reviews.
- Monitor technical quality, technical debt, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Define technical acceptance criteria, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DRP) strategies.
- Act as a bridge between business, development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams and external providers during solution implementation.
Requirements
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or similar role in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
- Strong knowledge of core Azure services, including VMs, Blob Storage, SQL Database, Functions, VNet, and Entra ID.
- Solid experience with on-premise infrastructure, including VMware/Hyper-V, SAN/NAS storage, and physical servers.
- Strong knowledge of network and security architecture.
- Experience designing hybrid connectivity using Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and Site-to-Site VPN.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust, microsegmentation, and WAF.
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, AWS Well-Architected Framework, and Azure Well-Architected Framework.
- Experience defining technical acceptance criteria, disaster recovery plans, and high-availability strategies.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and technical leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- TOGAF, CISA, or CISM certifications.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (AKS / EKS).
